This chair is good quality for the money and that's why I'm giving it a five-star..fabric looks nice and it is comfortable it reclines with a pull handle which isn't my favorite I prefer the lever on the side of a chair and the massager is just vibration but it's still good after a long day of work. It will relax you.. I was a little concerned because it has some plastic pieces in it when putting together but is fine after it's all put together it's just NOT something that I would let anybody sit on the arm or put too much weight in. definitely not a chair for a super heavy set person it is a little noisy when the massager is on.. it's got good cup holders and the storage on the side is great this really is an overall great chair for someone like me who's just a single person that lives alone and my dogs love to sit in it for the heat hope this helps you ... show more

Very good size, comfortable, easy to assemble. The only thing i don’t like is the way to put up the leg that I have yo pull up a string like and for older people or kids will not be as easy, well still happy and good price

It is a very nice and comfortable recliner for the house. The material is great the massage is good with all the modes and I like the usb port on the controller to charge items. The heat is great on your lower back and is warm. The reclining is great and it rocks when not reclined. The cup holders are perfect and the recliner was kind of easy to assemble. I really took a lot of time searching online for a chair that had everything I wanted but wouldn’t break the bank. I was a little hesitant buying without trying but I have no regrets. I’ve had the chair for a couple months now and I absolutely love it. At this price point the chair is a steal. I wanted a rocking recliner with 360 swivel. I have grandchildren ages 2 and 1 and they love cuddling in my lap to read a book, watch a movie or rocking to sleep. The padding is sufficient for comfort. The heat feels nice after a long work day and you can use it with or without massage. The massage is vibration and just ok but I hardly use it since I have a high end massage chair. It’s not a main reason to buy this chair. Comfort, price point, drink holders, front pockets, side pocket are all reasons I bought this chair and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I like having a place to put my phone and remote so as to not lose them in the chair and drink holders are awesome. To recline there is a pulley on right side, between seat cushion and arm rest. You have to push foot rest down to sit up and I can see it would be difficult for a smaller or senior person as it requires some effort. Delivery was fast, it came a couple days earlier than expected. It was fairly easy to assemble and took less than 30 min. The only very small issue I ran into was realizing right and left in instructions are facing the chair, not sitting in it. I absolutely recommend this chair, I would buy it again. We ordered two and love them! Very comfortable. Easy to assemble. Vibrator and heat features are amazing. Can hardly believe the price - great value! Best place in the house now to read, watch a movie, or snooze!

They are a bit difficult at 1st to understand instructions. It does recline. If you are not strong in the legs, it is hard to push the recline back down. Cushion are good. For the price it's great quality. I do which it was taller.

It’s a good chair for the money. It is comfortable, the rocking is smooth and quiet, and the look is clean. It’s a bit clunky to put together, and the arm rests zip on, which looks a bit awkward, but overall it is a great rocking chair for rocking a baby to sleep at night.
