I learned late in life about an anxiety disorder that shapes my world. Looking back, the giant foghorn-loud alarms putting me in a bad mood makes sense. Delicate musical color other alarms flat out fail to wake me. I put this in my pillowcase. This is quiet enough to not wake my partner. It's close enough that I can hear it. The vibration buzzes my pillow the perfect amount to get me more awake if my stubborn, sleepy brain tries to ignore the beeps. It does not make me feel angry or nervous and it has not once failed me in the month I've been using it. I've not overslept a single time. It's built well and has a shape that isn't intrusive or bothersome while trying to get chill enough to sleep. The battery is not replaceable but it's very thrifty on battery usage and I've only charged it once. This is not a shill review. I bought two of these and they work. Undecided on lifespan, though, due to only having owned it for a month. The only annoyance I've found is by trying to check what time the alarm is set, I usually accidentally put the the clock into alarm time edition mode. ... show more

Overall, this is a very high-quality alarm clock. Having worked in design for manufacturing with plastics myself, I can tell you that someone has taken great care in the design of this clock. The fit and finish of this clock is superb. I even got curious and opened up the clock in the effort to get more insight into its quality. On opening up the clock, it reminds me of something that you see when you open up an Apple laptop, very clean and very well organized; first rate. I have read some of the negative reviews about the clock being complicated, but I don't see it that way. What the clock provides is more in the way of options than does the typical alarm clock. For example, I use Alarm-1 for the weekdays and Alarm-2 for the weekends. The instructions are straight-forward and clear. I do agree with the feedback from some others that it would be helpful if there was some sort of contrast for the slider selection options on the back. The one great opportunity with the clock is with the way in which the alarm is turned off for the day. This is done simply by clicking either the Alarm-1 or Alarm-2 buttons, which are just to the left of the snooze button. Just one click of either of those 2 buttons and the alarm is cancelled for the day. This is easily done, by mistake, when trying to hit the snooze button. If the alarm could be cancelled by way of a long-hold (say, 2 seconds) on the Alarm-1 or Alarm-2 buttons (while the clock is in Lock Mode of course), I would certainly rate this clock at a perfect 5 out of 5. ... show more

This alarm has three settings for the sound and vibration. I am a heavy sleeper and this definitely wakes me up! I keep it under my pillow. Lastly, the battery life is excellent! I have had this for nearly two months now and I have not had to charge it yet.

I'm almost deaf in one ear and when I roll over and sleep on my good ear I don't hear the alarm clock. Had to get something better. This vibrating clock does the trick. I put it under my pillow at night and the vibration through the pillow and into the bed mattress is enough to wake me on the first ring. Really like the fact that I can travel with it. USB-C rechargeable is a big plus and it doesn't need charging very often. I've had it a month and its still on full. Only downside is the writing on the back for the 3 switches is very hard to read. Its white stamped on white and very small. I used shoe polish to fill in the letters with dark color to improve readability. ... show more

I really like the ease and the function of this alarm clock. It is pretty easy to set up and I love that there are 2 alarm time options. The vibration is fantastic, just what I need to wake up since I wear earplugs in my sleep. The product is good but It didn’t indicate low battery that well for me, and the days of the week Alarm On function did not work. I set it to Sat-Sun but it rang on a Monday. Wife's patience wearing thin? After countless mornings of hitting snooze, I finally invested in a vibrating alarm clock. It's been a game-changer. The vibration is discreet, unlike the disruptive beeps and buzzes of traditional alarms. While I initially worried it wouldn't be strong enough for a deep sleeper like me, it's surprisingly powerful. Plus, it has a switchable sound mode for backup. A gentler wake-up (and maybe for your partner too!) There's a chance it could still wake your partner if they're a light sleeper, but in my experience, that's only happened occasionally. Even then, the vibration is far more tolerable than a blaring alarm. Bonus benefit: a calmer start to the day An unexpected perk is the more peaceful wake-up experience.
