The Robelle Pro-Select Winter Pool Cover features a commercial-grade 14 x 12 scrim. The commercial-grade polyethylene material used for this cover weighs 4.5 oz./yd2. Both the scrim count and material weight are the best indicators of the strength and durability for your pool cover. A cover with a high scrim count and heavy material, like the Robelle Pro-Select Winter Pool Cover, will last longer than other covers. This is a commercial-grade pool cover designed to protect your pool from harsh winter elements. This cover is constructed with Rip-Shield Technology that will prevent small rips from becoming larger tears. The Robelle Pro-Select Winter Pool Cover features a blue topside and a black underside. This pool cover includes a perimeter binding. Please order by your pool size, as the overlap goes beyond the pool size listed. This cover includes a four-foot overlap. If you have a very large top rail, please consider a larger pool size. This cover should be able to comfortably float on the pool water without excessive stress. This cover is not meant to be used as a debris cover during the swimming season. This winter pool cover is intended to be used during the off-season. This cover is meant for traditional above ground pools with a traditional top rail. Includes a winch and cable that should be used to secure your pool cover through the grommets around the perimeter of the pool cover. For extra securing, cover clips and cover wrap (both sold separately) are suggested for pool closing. No other method of installation is recommended..

The cover seems to be of good quality and would have earned a 5 star if it hadn't of been for the wire that was included in the package being too short! Luckily I had some old wire from a previous cover to use for a quick fix otherwise, I would have had to put everything up and make a mad dash to the store. This cover was much better than the stock pool cover that came with our bestway above ground pool. It has withstood a month worth of arizona sun, some high winds and now some rains. Do not get a bigger size than what your pool requires. We did and honestly we have too much extra slack now. Biggest complaint is with the red cable tie mechanism. I really thought that it would be better than what i received. This cover is just an overated tarp. Not very thick either. The tarp is already showing damage with only a few months of use. I would not recommend.

They say to go one size up from the size you need. Listen to them. I sent about 1.5 sizes up, and it’s very big…. But it works, it just looks a little sloppy. Make sure you read instructions and let the cover lay on the water. If you have any sharper edges, use a towel or something soft to prevent the chance of ripping. I cannot believe how inexpensive these are. I’m glad I spent the extra money amd paid for the more durable one. We had one made a few years ago for a few hundred dollars.
