I replaced the original headlights with LED headlights into the original mounting bracket and they almost fit. It was faster to remove the old mounting bracket and install the new one - with the headlight already seated in the new bracket. This new bracket easily fit the new LED headlight without any issues. The holes don't really line up at all. Used with Grote 7 inch heated LED projector headlight in a fleet application. The OEM wanted $800 for each LED headlight assemblies. Ened up mounting to frame and the headlight adjustment works well enough to keep the light where we need it. Seems to be good quality. Needed to replace mine as the previous owner hacked factory ones to install LEDs. Just a little clearancing was all that was needed for them to fit back in.

This bracket is not centered properly causing the headlight to rub at the bottom right of the shroud. Also, the adjustment bracket is flimsy and has play where the adjuster screws are. This causes the headlight to vibrate and jiggle around. This is dangerous as it could easily blind or be a distraction to other drivers. 2 stars because I guess you could make it work if you have no other options. ... show more
