I spent days / weeks looking for my perfect winter jacket. I had a few things in mind that I wanted (form fit with just enough room for layers/soft fabric/fur hood/under $100). Girl, this did not disappoint!! Believe the hype, it is real! This is in my top 2 or 3 favorite coats I EVER OWNED. I am 5'8" & about 220 with a 40DDD cup size and ordered a 2x. I probably could have gone down a size but I wanted just a bit extra room to allow for layers and this fit was perfect 👌 Pros: 1) Size fit great, form fit with just enough room for layers .. the belt is a great touch! 2) The material itself is so smooth & soft 3) The fur feels fantastic, high quality 4) Zippers are high quality, slide up and down easy, deep pockets 5) Hood covers your head without being too floppy 6) Cozy warm!! Cons: TBH, there is not much to complain about! But if I had to say something ... 1) The coat itself does have some weight to it and since it is so warm, I was sweating wearing it in acme 😅 2) The fur lining in the front can get in the way when trying to connect and slide up zipper, so I think taking your time and just getting use to the coat will help. I had been looking for a full length winter coat for this midwest weather for 3 years. This coat is very well insulated, warm and comfortable. It’s very well made and fits over my bottom. I did not buy the version with fur trim. There is an attached hood to use in wet or cold weather. The jacket fit me perfectly and has just enough warmth factor for a Texas winter. This is not built for extremely cold temps, but does what it is supposed to do: Be lightweight and keep me warm when temps are chilly but not way below freezing! ... show more

I would say this is a fantastic quality coat but it broke as I was taking it out of the packaging. One of the loops holding the hood on popped right off. I will be keeping the coat though and just sewing that myself as the coat is quite warm and has a nice weight to it and fits my wide hips well which is difficult for me to find ... show more

Perfect fit! So comfortable! I need a warm coat for very cold weather. This is the one! It came in a plastic and fabric zip bag. When I tried it on, it was very figure flattering. It fit better than expected. The sleeves are more fitted than other coats. I thought the belt would be too wide because I have a small waist, but it wasn’t. And it has stretch to accommodate different physiques. The fabric should keep out frigid winds. The hood can be left open or tightened with the zipper for a closer fit. The faux fur is soft and luxurious. Overall, it’s a cozy, cute coat! I did, however, have to exchange the first delivery as the wrong size was delivered. I believe it was an XXL or 3X. A bit too large for me. But Amazon quickly exchange it, and I got my size in four days (before frigid weather hit). Thank you to Risissida for a well-made beautiful coat, and to Amazon for remedying the situation quickly. ... show more

I bought this in December 2022 to use during winter here in Illinois and it did not disappoint. I'm 5'0 and 110lbs. I ordered the small and it fit great. It comes down to about 3in above my ankles which is perfect for me because it helps prevents cold air from hitting my legs. It kept me warm during our 15-20°F weather so I was happy about that. I have yet to use it in negative degree weather which we did not have this year so, I'll be able to do that next year if we ever do get low temperatures. I love the faux fur lining because it helps keep body heat in and also helps block cold air - although there is a buttoned lining that goes over the zipper that will do that for you too. I love the deep side pockets to keep my gloves and hands inside and the hood definitelt helps keeps my head warm even when I'm not wearing a beanie. I do have a couple of cons. The first being that it isn't quite flattering - at least for me since im short. It's great from the top to mid area but it gets boxy from the waste down and so, if your looking for something that also accentuates you body this may not be the one you're looking for if style matters. Second and not too big of a deal is the draw strings that help cinch the waist. It could be designed to have more style to fit the aesthetic but it just has a stretchy drawstring with a locking mechanism to keep the tightness or looseness of the waist area. Once you pull the string to cinch the waist, you're left with string the sticks out. It doesn't even dangle downwards so, I ended up wrapping part of the string around the locking memechanism and knotting the end of it to make it a bit more appealing. Anyway, I bought the coat mainly to keep me warm so, the cons I listed aren't too big of a deal for me. I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend it if you want a warm coat for winter that does not break the bank. They offer installment pay so, if you can't drop a 100 right away, you can opt to do that. Edit: January 2024 - I was finally able to use this coat in -12°F temperature earlier this month and it does a great job keeping you warm. Aside from the gust of wind chilling your face and possibly some cold air hitting your legs if you are not wearing proper winter boots, it's a pretty solid coat for the price I bought it for. It's held up pretty well, too. I have not lost any buttons, the faux fur is still intact and the zipper is still working. Good investment for sure. ... show more
