    • BEST STICK EYELINER, EVER!
TL;DR - 100% recommend! This is waterproof, even in the swimming pool & sets quickly (but can be smudged if you're quick). Best pencil liner (sharpenable) and stays in the water line! I'm a light-medium skin tone & brunette (natural black), which makes me high contrast and therefore only interested in the deepest black mascara and eyeliner. Both must be waterproof and easy to take off when I decide and this checks every box for me. At this price point, I'm able to keep several on hand so I'm never without it. (: I adore this liner and would easily buy it at triple the price, it's just that good. It's one of the darkest black liners I've come across and at a 6th of the price of others, this has earned its place in my makeup bag to say the least. I keep two "emergency liners" under my sink & once the one in my makeup bag gets small, I throw it in my purse just in case. On a casual day, if my eyebrows are clean (waxed/plucked) & I have this liner in my upper waterline, I feel put together enough to leave the house without any other makeup on. I have medium brown eyes and a black limbal ring but the contrast is much more noticeable when I wear this liner, so I'm fully addicted. On multiple occasions, I've been swimming (I'm talking fully submerged, diving, and rough play for hours) on a 100+ degree day and it's still hanging on by night. Unless I scrub at it with a towel (which hurts, so don't lol) or use a cleansing oil/ makeup remover, it's hanging on through almost anything. I absolutely love the Rimmel London Scandaleyes Waterproof Gel Eyeliner! It glides on so smoothly and delivers intense, rich color with just one stroke. The formula is creamy and easy to apply, but once it sets, it stays put all day without smudging or fading. Even after a long day, it looks as fresh as when I first applied it.     • Soft, high-pigment, smudge proof for waterline
hi-intensity pigment, SOFT, long lasting to a large degree and definitely smudge proof, but can be smudged for Smokey look if needed. Caused some eye irritation (and slight lid swelling) from waterline application, so may not be suitable for really sensitive eyes.

    • What’s with the reviews?
This is by far my favorite pencil eyeliner. It’s glides so nicely. It’s the only liner that I use. However this purchase I noticed it is not water proof in fact it’s smudging like crazy. To the people saying it doesn’t sharpen, it does…it’s probably your sharpener that’s the problem. Sharpeners get dull. Mine sharpens perfectly. Most of these reviews are for the retractable twist eyeliner in which this is not. My only complaint is that I wanted waterproof and it’s not waterproof. It used to be but it isn’t now.     • Creamy and smooth, but get a good sharpener
I've ordered this eyeliner probably six times now. It slides on super smoothly, nice and thick, no warm up necessary. Great value for the price. LPT: You have to use a good sharpener, because it's so soft. I was using a cheap sharpener and the tip kept breaking off, so a lot of it went to waste. I bought the L'Oreal Paris Cosmetics Infallible Eye Makeup Pencil Sharpener and it sharpens this creamy pencil beautifully, no more problems. ... show more
