Out of my 6 ebikes this bike is my number 2! This is a solid go to bike. The seat isnt bad, the duel battery life is solid and the duel motors are money. The speed is capped at 32mph. Dont believe anybody saying 37 or higher unless they modded the bike. However it gets to 32mph quickly and when using the front hub it has no issue riding you up any hill. Im 6ft 220lb and this bike hits 32mph even up a hill. This is a good solid bike that I recommend to anyone. The only upgrade I did to this bike was to add a 52v 30amp shark battery with samsung cells to one battery slot. It doesnt make the bike go faster it just gets to top speed a little faster and the battery life is longer. ... show more

This bike is the most fun I've had as an adult in a long while. Being able to zip around the neighborhood on a "bicycle" through streets, sidewalks, paths, and parks is the most fun you'll have in a long time - guaranteed. I did a LOT of research before purchasing and this is by far the best bang for your buck when it comes to a moped-style e-bike as of March 2024. Construction is great. Parts are good quality. Hydraulic brakes work fantastically once you get them dialed in, which can be a bit of a pain. Still working on some disc brake rubbing every so often, but MUCH better than mechanical brakes offered on other moped e-bikes at this price point. After maxing out the speed settings using the provided instructions I am able to reach top speed at 33 mph. I weigh 155. Front fork suspension is a little soft, but good for bumps in an average ride. Back suspension strut under the seat is a little stiff for my weight. Headlight works great. Brake light shines bright when braking. Not too loud. Gears and pedals work, but I don't find myself using them often. If you go past pedal assist level 2 you won't be able to even assist the motor because it's FAST. Product support: My LED display bracket was broken in transit. Contacted the seller, and they shipped a replacement which arrived within 3 days. The media could not be loaded. (After 450 miles) It shipped and arrived on the prediction date. It ships from FedEx and you need to be there to sign for it, which I prefer so I know it’s safe. *You get what you pay for* Pros: - Easy assemble, if you need help watch a YouTube video - I’m able to hit 25mph and aswell get around 25 miles per charge (so barely legal Lol) - Fun off roaring, holds well but you need to practice a lot - Genuine good bike for the price, if you have more money I would just build or find a more expensive bike -Lots of room to sit and be comfortable, seat is great -Support is really nice, they will replace parts if they do break on their own if you show suffice proof, does take 1-2 weeks to get it which is the little annoying part - Solid battery, no real complaints, it takes a very fair amount of time to charge but does last me some time, I just charge mine at work anyways Now the bad, Cons: -Some parts are cheap, like the plastic ones, I broke my brake handle from dropping it so I recommend buying new brake handles, and: -Buy better brakes, the brakes they come with are ‘fine’ but I would invest in better brakes and it’ll be more comfortable and be safer, mine did break at one point - only a 250 pound limit, which is fine, but I weigh 180 and if my friend who is 250 rides it I have to worry about the suspension blowing up - my biggest issue: This is recent but either my controller or motor stopped working, they sent me a new controller asap to hopefully fix it, but if it isn’t the controller then it’s a new motor which can be expensive but I’m sure they’d replace. I personally just bought an entire new 72v motor kit w/ controller to upgrade the bike. Overall, great bike for the price, you need to learn how to fix things, upgrade, maintenance. I got the Q20-1500W 48V 20AH bike for my sons 14th birthday and he has been on it every day since we purchased. He goes riding with his friends all day on the weekend without recharging the battery so needless to say the battery life last a long time when you are riding. He takes the bike on and off roading and it has held up like a champ. This bike is even better overall then some of his friends more expensive bikes. I did have to reach out to customer service for a question and they were very responsive and accommodating! They made sure all of my questions and needs were met which is awesome!
