I was hesitant to order because of so many mixed reviews. Some reviews said it was difficult to put together, but I felt like it was very straight forward and easy to put together. The remote feature is awesome and essentially turns this into a giant RC car. My nephew is autistic, so he hasn’t quite warmed up to the idea of operating it himself. He will sit in it for a few remote controlled laps around the house before he hops out. The Bluetooth radio is nice and connects without issue. My son absolutely loves riding in this. At first it was great and no issues besides he didn’t want to get out of it. After using it a while it randomly would slam on the breaks and he would fly forward. It was like I was hitting the parking break button but I wasn’t. Other than that it is nice. Three speeds and rechargeable. Update* A representative from this companies customer service reached out to me after seeing this review. I was immediately provided with a new recover which fixed all of the issues we were having. They also continued to contact me to ensure that the problem was fixed after receiving the product. It was a fantasti ride on for my grandson, for 2 rides. After the 2nd ride the pedal no longer makes it go. It will work if you use the parental controller but for the money paid it has been a disappointment. Trying to reach the seller to see if this is an easy fix or if it’s going to have to be returned. My grandson loved it the 2 times he got to drive it around. Would love info on how to reach the correct party to discuss issue. UPDATE: 6/30/23 Bella with companies customer Service responded to my inquiry very quickly, sending out replacement parts for what she felt was the faulty parts. She was correct and my grandson has his favorite ride on toy back! Thanks Bella! The company seems to stand behind their products and are very responsive to customer issues, which is so appreciated! I would give a 5 star review but I just want to be sure the issue does not arise again. Fingers crossed! ... show more

Update: The length of the cars life was disappointing but customer service is TOP NOTCH!! Bella is amazing at resolving issues!! Because of the customer service I do recommend and would buy again from this company! Car didn’t last. Within 6-8 months it started smoking from the front, smelt like burning wires! Contacted the company about it and they wanted a video but there was no way I was charging that sucker back up where it was smoking from!!! I expected more for the price ... show more

I am a mechanic so I found it very easy to assemble; however, the pictures in the instructions are worthless. The instructions tell you to install the steering shaft and engage it into the bracket on the tie rod . My shaft was already installed and would not pull out of the steering actuator. I had to bend the tie rod to couple the two pieces. In the description it states that it has 4 shock absorbers. That's no where near the truth. Both axles have small coil springs that are pretty stiff but there are no "shock absorbers" on the machine. I am 200 lbs and I would say that it takes about 100 lbs of weight to compress the springs so my sub 50 lbs grandson will have a pretty rough ride for many years. A little tip to get the front suspension to work smoothly is to add some grease to the top of the spindles where they go through the axle. Straight out of the box the painted surfaces of the axle and spindle cause stiction so the components will not slide smoothly. I have attached a few pictures. One showing the suspension springs and another of how the steer shaft/tie rod is intended to be assembled. If your steer shaft has already been installed from the factory you will need to turn the shaft and right spindle to the left turn position and then force the tie rod's slotted bracket over the end of the "hook" of the shaft. Make sure that you do not connect the tie rod to the left spindle until after you have completed the steps above. One other note, the description also states that the machine does not have taillights. It does have them as seen in the picture. The headlights are LED so they are actually pretty bright. ... show more

My son loves this car but we can’t figure out how to make the seatbelt extend to fit over my toddler. The description stated it’s supposed to fit 2 small toddlers and he is pretty small for his age so I’m unsure why it doesn’t fit over him.
