We only used once and it was effective. the smell is a little bit strong so be careful of applying on hair, much better with someone can helped. It was easy actually to use and we only use the liquid like shampoo and its was really effective though. Much better leave it absorb in the hair and scalp and rinse well. Happy to say lice are gone. This kit had everything we needed to get rid of the lice. The detangling spray was helpful because my son has very thick hair. It made the combing much easier.

    • Box tampered with and shampoo half empty
The package looked like it had been opened from the bottom. The top was taped shut. Half the shampoo leaked out of the bottle. The lid didn't feel like it was screwed on tight. And, I can't return it. At least I can use the lice comb. Maybe I'll have enough for one shampoo.

The scent is strong and quite unpleasant, it drips and runs all over (none of these go well on a young kid. And in the end it didn't even work (still have live bugs after it sitting in hair for the recommended time) so......my recommendation for anyone needing this for at least the younger kids, go with Fairy Tales.....that brand works and doesn't traumatize young children! ... show more
