Pre-K and Kindergarten seem to bring out the head lice. I used this over a decade ago after treating a child for lice. I’m using it again as a preventative. It’s worth the cost.

Ive had lice twice now and this brand (along with the nit comb) is amazing. Have used it every time. We used this the first time and it helped a lot But y'all real tip. Mayonaise. In hair for like 8 hours. Does the trick. Seriously. It stinks and is no fun but it works. We did try putting this product in the mayonaise and then on my head...dont do it. It becomes liquid on your head and very unpleasent. Instead, use the spray, do mayonaise, put shower cap on, leave in for as long as you can stand and then wash, let her dry and go through hair again (if you can). Hopefully this helps. ... show more

I got this product after a recommendation from a coworker on how to help deter lice after a breakout at school. The scent is pleasant, not too overpowering and it also seems to help with a little dry scalp. It makes my daughter's hair smooth and helps with the itchy effects after the lice were removed. This product smells great and is very effective! I use it on my daughter for live prevention and it’s very gentle on her sensitive scalp, smells amazing and leaves her hair feeling silky smooth with no yucky residue. Love this product! It arrived much earlier than I expected as well💚
