It seems that you get what you get- good or bad build, it seems random. I bought a blue geometric style for my oldest son and it’s worked well for school needs this calendar year. One tear in the excess material that protects the zipper because it can get caught in the zipper, but otherwise a good deal. We bought the red geometric pattern for my other son and it had a zipper unattached and unable to be fixed (I’ve fixed many zippers since childhood and this one was just defective- too loose and unable to stay on). It was a front pocket, so he used the backpack anyway. Then a side pocket zipper came off, and then a third zipper. We couldn’t use it anymore, but were in the middle of a long and drawn out house sale and purchase- we missed the return date and are stuck with a defective backpack.🤷🏼♀️ ... show more

My son loves his backpack it is light weight, for the most part durable, has many pockets for him to use. The only thing is that the zipper broke within first few weeks but the seller replace it within few days. Hope this time it last longer.Thanks
