Returned item. Exhaust on this model will not work. Bought more expensive Rheem. It worked. But Amazon said they got unit back fine but it’s been weeks and no refund. Dang. Waiting and waiting As of Mar 16 2924 still waiting on promised return of money. Amazon says they received item back by uos. All good never used received in time. Will refund but has NOT return our money. And we bought mother arherm much more money that did work. Still no refund on first one that did not work. WTH ... show more

Works great, but finding the right venting parts was a little hard. I had to call rheem to get the part numbers then find the parts at home depot. Most of the parts were too high and unavailable on Rheem. But now that the heater is finally connected it works great.
