  • Excellent for making homemade pizza!!
Parchment paper is such a wonderful product. Buying it in a three-pack during a lightning deal, simply amazing! Using it for it's obvious purposes such as baking cookies and other items on a cookie sheet, it works wonderfully. What I recently started using it for is a game changer!! I have been making homemade pizza for years. I use a pizza stone and I would put the stone in the oven to preheat, then I would pull it out and as fast as possible make the pizza on the stone to back in the oven. For years, this is how I made pizza.. stupid me. Well, I just recently bought a Traeger Texas Elite 34 and I believe I was watching a video and someone made their Pizza on parchment paper, then put it on the stone! Absolutely brilliant!! Yes, I'm probably an idiot for not thinking of this myself, but this has revolutionized my pizza making. The grill is big enough for two pizzas so naturally I have two stones, but no longer do I have to rush and make the pizzas as fast as I can. I simply roll out the dough on to the parchment paper without even using flour in-between, and I can make the pizzas and have them sit until the stones are ready. This stuff is strong enough where I can just grab the corners and carry it like that, then set it right down onto the stone! Even in a 450° grill, holds up wonderfully! The best part, once cooked, the pizza slides right off!!! ... show more

  • good paper.... the grid lines are the selling point
Parchment paper really is so helpful with assorted cooking tasks. I've tried different papers... the basic roll of parchment, the sized precut sheets, and this, the roll with the grid lines. This is a good roll made even better by the fact that it has the really useful grid. Like all parchment, the quality of the paper is good and it gets the job done. Using the grid lines to cut just the size I need is a huge bonus and I do mean HUGE bonus. Almost as good as a precut sheets (though the precut sheets have their own flaws). What keeps this roll from being a five star item in my mind is the fact that when I am pulling some out to cut the entire roll invariably comes out of the box and unravels in a weird way. This has already happened countless times so it isn't a random occurrence or else I'm just not gifted with parchment. BOTTOM LINE: I have yet to find a "perfect" parchment solution and I have tried a few. But if I had to pick one to purchase again it would be this one. It is fine parchment paper and the grid lines elevate it beyond most of its competitors. ... show more

  • Kitchen Essential
I use parchment paper for almost everything. I wrap picnic sandwiches with them (and tie them with twine). I use it to line my cake pans, my cookie sheets, muffin tins, cutting board, and my counters when I am using flour. It's so great to get three packs at once, this way I won't need to go look for this in the store any time soon. The perfect multi-purpose kitchen essential. Oh I forgot, I use it for making chocolate cover strawberries. People throw out that wax paper and pick up some parchment paper. If you play your cards right (depending on what you use the parchment paper for) you can even reuse it. For example, I reuse the sheet of parchment paper that was used to roll out my cookie dough and use it to line my cookie sheet. The Grid Marks... are a welcomed bonus. ... show more

  • Perfect for cooking and miniature painting
Yep, you read that right! I mainly purchased this baking paper for my wet pallet because the dollar store one was not quite up to the task. Right out of the box its properties are different from the cheap stuff, e.g. it doesn't curl up quite as much, and the markings can be helpful. In the kitchen I use it mainly for cookies and the like and it can be reused several times before tossing it. Great value and I'm not sure I can go back to anything else! ... show more

  • And it composts
I’ve used this side-by-side with the King Arthur pre-cut recommended by ATK for a year. I prefer this paper, neither fits my trays or pans with out cutting or folding, why only 4-stars. This paper rolls out well and the box cuts straight, few tears. I bake sourdough often at 500f/260c on a stone. This paper slides on and off easily, but I can rarely reuse at that temp. I can reuse when I bake something else cooler. It is compostable, so I don’t regret single use. Lots of paper to a box. ... show more

  • Love the grid on the paper!!
I make these homemade ice cream sandwiches that take a lot of measuring to make sure you come out with exactly the correct number of sandwiches and have the correct thinckness. This paper makes this job so much quicker and very accurate!! Can not say thank you enough for making this product!

  • Good baking paper
I use this parchment paper to line cookie sheets and baking pans. It works great, and love the lines on it for easy cutting. My only complaint is that I usually had to cut it with scissors because the blade on the box doesn't cut very well.
