These sheets are so useful when I use my small toaster oven instead of my outdoor grill or conventional oven. I line my small baking pan with one sheet smear some olive oil, or maybe a stick of butter or spray oil on it and then broil /bake away or use my turbo convection. After My food is done getting to 170deg. I simply take it off the baking pan and after cooling remove the aluminum foil from the clean pan. The pan is clean of baked on grease or food stuck to it. Not think, but is perfect to throw something in the air fryer or oven to heat up. Even used on grill. This is very thin.... so if you are looking for a utility grade type foil for intense grilling or entertaining... not this one.
