    • How I Knew I Was Buying A Great Product
My local RYO shop had two big carton machines and a row of these machines. $30 a carton on the big machines, and they'd hand you the tubes and enough tobacco to use one of these machines to make a couple of packs for $5. Week after week, I got them by the carton, but noticed that no one using the small Fresh Choice machines ever complained. And since people were using these same machines, day after day, week after week, month after month, it was obvious that this is a commercial grade product that makes acceptable cigarettes consistently and can take a pounding. When news came that my local shop would be unable to operate the big machines, I didn't even go down there for a last carton. I went on-line and searched for this machine and made the purchase without a second thought. Similar to other reviewers, my cost is about $15/carton with this machine, and I think the last two cartons I just made paid off the investment. I've had it about 6 weeks. Unlike other reviewers, I don't see making a carton in 45 minutes. I don't push it but work at it consistently for 3 hours to make two cartons ever other week. Watch TV, enjoy an adult beverage, I actually look forward to doing it. I own an air compressor and thoroughly blow my machine out after each two carton round. One pound makes two cartons at the compaction level I like. After the second or third use, I have found that compaction works as expected. I had to dial back to the lowest setting when the machine was used the first time or two. Seems like there's a bit of a break-in period where the machine kind of settles into a state where it will operate as expected. I expect some negative reviewers here got tripped up on this. A little patience with the learning curve is advised. My first carton wasn't too good, the second a little better, and ever since have been building experience and make terrific cigarettes that I like so much better than the packaged product off the shelf; that used to taste this good years ago. This is an excellent item however as all of us know the price is thru the roof. What I can say though, Shipping was extremely fast with 2 days of ordering, and in comparison, to my other automatic roller (The Powermatic III) which is priced within a normal human beings reach, putting them both side by side, and comparing their performance, Hands down the Revolution roller is much better once you get used to it. Of course, you'll have to take a second mortgage out on your house to purchase one, but we are very pleased thus far. ... show more

Finally arrived yesterday after 9 days. New machine. Attempted to roll some 100's using my own tobacco( shredded 14% moisture), very poor quality. Switched to king size tubes and the quality after 20 cig's was still very loose. Adjusted the compression on the front knob with no satisfaction. Pulled it apart and adjusted the internal compression screw and finally got it to make a decent cig. after 1 1/2 hrs. I am only giving 3 stars because I feel it should be fully tested and functionally correct for this price. I shouldn't have to adjust anything to get a decent pack. Also they have Lifetime Warranty IF you purchase tobacco from them. Their tobacco is bulk leaf, not shredded, and they sell a shredder for $275.00. All in all it will probably hold up for awhile, but I would like to be able to roll 100's, guess I will stick with my Powermatic 2 for those. UPDATE: 2Mar15---I have successfully rolled 3 cartons of King size tubes and 2 carts of 100's. Not one glitch. I am now pleased with the functioning of the machine. I didn't replace all the screws when testing, I used duct tape to hold the case together. works fine without screwing in all those screws (which are a pain to replace). Had no trouble cleaning machine after use. I would up it a star to 4. ... show more

    • Fresh Choice Electric Cigarette Machine Disapointment! :/
I got sick of paying almost $80 for 1 carton of cigarettes so I bought a Powermatic II smoke rolling machine. After saving thousands of dolars by Buying my own 1 pound bag of tabacco and Boxes of tubes, I was sick of stuffing the machine by hand and was Introduced to the Fresh Choice Electric Cigarette Machine through email from Randys Tobacco Shop, Inc. and was intrigued. So I saved my money and thought the machine was worth the price. After recieving the machine, everything worked great except it wasn't filling my 100 MM tubes all the way twards the filter. So I called Fresh choice and was told it is NOT made for 100 mm tubes! That was a major disapointment because before buying it it SAID nothing about this pryor to buying it! So after Buying king size filter tubes it seemed to work okay! To expensive for only being able to make 1 size of cigerettes! ... show more

    • Finally......an electric cigarette rolling machine that will work...
I am not one to usually leave reviews simply because, being honest, I don't want to take the time given the qaulity of the product. However I thinks this machine warrants a review. While it is not perfect all of the time, it is still a breeze compared to the ole hand crank ones. I actually enjoy rolling cigarettes with this machine. It's completely effortless, which makes it so nice!. All I do is fill the hopper, which holds enough to roll a pack, then put the tubes on and hit load, repeat, repeat, repeat, and before you know it you've rolled two cartons. sometimes it gets the a little tight, sometimes it doesn't. Most of the time, once you get the compaction adjusted, it rolls them just right. There are alot of factors that come into play here though that are not the fault of the machine. Such as the moistness of the tobacco, the cut, etc... The hand crank jobs have this problem as well though. I rolled two cartons, with a 95% success rate in about 45 mins as soon as my machine arrived. Wife and I love it!!!!!!!!!!!. Thanks Amazon for the speedy delivery. ... show more
