    • WON'T SHARE THEIR WAVELENGTH ! LOW QUALITY< BAD COMPANY< DOESN'T WORK
After using this product daily for nearly a month I still notice little to no difference. The product itself is heavy once the 3 batteries it requires are applied, it covers an extremely small surface area and the button is terrible. Its either too easy to turn on or impossible to turn on and then turns off either when you don't want it to or not at all easily. It's poorly designed. The BIGGEST RED FLAG though is that the company says they will not share the wavelength because its "proprietary information" ! That's like Tylenol claiming the number of mg of acetaminophen is proprietary! That's like you go to buy a light bulb and ask how many watts it is and the clerk says "sorry I can't share that top secret information!" SO RIDICULOUS! What's the truth? Red light therapy is scientifically PROVEN, but the wavelength HAS to be strong enough. Mid 600 nm to 800 nm is the most effective. My guess is ReVive is trying to make money off people by making sub-par lights and then offering FSA coverage so that people will buy it, little do they know they are wasting their FSA money on an inferior product that either doesn't work or doesn't work as well. They save money on creating these cheaper products and that's why theirs cost a little less. ... show more

It seems to work well but it is trick to turn it on and off. It’s not the end of the world, but get a little annoying at times.

I thought this product would be good for my daughter's acne, and I am sure it would be good, but this particular item must have been a used one that we purchased. It did not come with a charging cord and we have to keep it plugged in while we use it. It does not hold a charge on it's own. It makes it very inconvenient to use. I like the idea of it, but hope they aren't all this way. ... show more

This was a last resort purchase to battle my son’s acne-it’s been a 3 year battle. We’ve tried creams, soaps, and antibiotics-the antibiotics triggered seizures, so we had to stop that and stick with topical. My husband came home with this contraption and we were skeptical. We figured we’d tried this, and if it doesn’t work, then we can say we tried everything. Within a couple of weeks, my son’s acne started diminishing. Do NOT buy this product!!! I followed the instructions and only used for 3 minutes in one spot, it burnt my skin near my eyes (when I was trying to treat my nose). It is a bad burn!
