Ab roller is the best part of the deal. Bands prob wont survive 3-6 months. Pushup bars are plactic, hard plastic, so durability is a crapshoot. knee pads designed for kids wont protect anything. Love the design of the grip strengtheners, but construction, like nearly everything else is questionable. wish they allowed reviews over time, could follow up over time. ... show more
