Hearing about these bands I had concerns on how much resistance they would provide for building muscle , with gyms closed I have no choice to train at home . What a pleasant surprise they actually give me a great pump , I consider myself a pretty strong person weighing 245 benching 405 so i figured no latex band could possibly work. I have to use all the bands at the same time for most exercises but by the tenth rep im actually sweating . These are a great alternative until gyms open back up. ... show more

I have been in the fitness industry for over 30 years and know a good quality product when I use it, I've used just about all of them from various companies worldwide. These bands are in no way, shape of form metered to the poundage shown on the band. I would never ever consider buying a product from this company or manufacturer again, regardless who sales it! Don’t bother with the rainbow set! (I returned it) THE GREEN SET IS Is much more superior! DANG it’s sweet!!! I lifted weights all through high school I was the only girl in my weightlifting classes. My elbows, shoulders, and knees all took a toll. BUT these RESISTANCE BANDS healed my joints!!! All Physical Therapists use them with their patients to heal from injuries. My joints feel better and the R.B. are so satisfying to use and not terrifying or intimidating when you want to bench 125lbs. Yep I’m happy!! 😁 Oh and I love that workouts go much quicker and there’s more options and versatility with R.B. 👍🏻 20 bucks for a gym instead of 20 bucks a month to go to the gym! I bought this one because the company seemed confident in it and are willing to back it up with a great warranty and money-back guarantee. The first and worst thing about this is the ridiculously small-sized and small print exercise sheet. Would it really have cost so much more to include readable instructions? I'd have happily paid an extra dollar or two for it. I've never used another brand so I have nothing to compare this to but the bands are hollow, seem cheap and along with their warning about them possibly snapping I'm afraid of losing an eye, that takes the enjoyment out of the workouts. I don't like the hollow handles, as the straps slide uncomfortably back and forth. I gave an extra star for their customer service but I think I'm going to buy a higher quality set and will ask the questions I now know to ask before buying. This one isn't expensive and I suppose you get what you pay for. I took away two stars because the seller is big on talk and small on action. ... show more

I did not like to use them, I’m sorry. They felt even cheaper than they cost. I would rather buy two better ones for this money than the whole bunch of some macaroni like tubes hollow from the inside. Hard to believe that resistance levels are as stated. I’m a woman and not at all strong and yet bands were lighter than I expected and easy to operate. Handles are soft but not ergonomic. I wold not recommend this for serious training. They feel a bit flimsy. May be good for a lighter use like physical therapy. ... show more

So excited for these resistance bands! I bought another brand a few months back for cheap to see if I would like using them. We loved them and decided to buy a nicer set. My husband and I both loved the workouts as well as not having to keep bulky freeweights around our tiny apartment, or go to a public gym during covid. These are compact and fit on a shelf out of sight in the drawstring bag. They are super user friendly and easy to switch back and forth to add or decrease weight since He tends to be stronger than me haha.
