I bought these to compliment my stationary bicycle and vertical climber as I am currently in Cardiac rehabilitation. Last September, I took a day off of work after working 7 months straight and was SO BORED I had a heart attack! So, as that was a wake up call, I have to change the way I live, eat and work. Exercise is the best start. I purchased the 200 lb set out of machismo, thinking it would be easy. WRONG! To my chagrin I found out that I am TOTALLY out of shape, probably couldn't fight my way out of a wet paper sack without stroking out! Through naive enthusiasm, I hurt myself and it took 3 days to recover. So start out with less than you think you can handle and do high reps. The bands/ tubes seem to be of quality material and the construction appears to be sufficient to hold up for a while. The handles are sturdy and comfortable. I only wish the carabiners were larger, but those are cheap to replace. Everything, except the poster, fits into a nice bag for traveling. Now, the poster, if you have never used this type of exercise equipment it is pretty nice to lead you into some exercises and shows you the muscle groups that each exercise works on. There are TONS of PDF files on the internet that you can download and print out that EXPLAIN how to do the exercise, which the poster lacks. You would be hard pressed to find a better value in resistance bands. I ordered the 200lb set. It comes with a 20lb, 30,lb, 40lb, 50lb, and 60lb band. The bands become a darker shade of green the heavier they get. They are also labeled where the band meets the nylon strap. It’s stitched on the nylon strap so it should be visible for the life of the strap. This set also comes with two padded handles (very thick padding) , two ankle straps, and a door attachment. All of the accessories seem really well made. You get a bag with drawstring to store everything in. The verdict is still out on the durability of the straps and accessories as I haven’t had them long enough to see any signs of wear and tear. But for $20.99 it’s really hard to beat the combination of weight/resistance and the accessories you get with the straps. Unless all the straps suddenly snap after the first five uses I would recommend this set to anyone. If I have any wear and tear or durability issues I will update this review. But until then I give these 5 stars! ... show more

    • Just What I Needed

I was really missing doing cable crossovers at the gym (no gym because of COVID) and then I got the idea to use these. I attached them to a beam in my garage with a U hook anchor I also bought on Amazon. Anyway, it is exactly what I had imagined. It's just like doing cable crossovers with a cable machine at the gym. I also added a U hook low on a post so that I could attach these to it in order to do biceps curls. They are great quality and the handles are actually great quality too which surprised me. One thing to note though that I did not take into account when I ordered these is that there is only one band per weight resistance and since I wanted to do cable cross overs (two hands) I needed to buy a second set. Although I did get by at first by combining, for example, a 20 and a 30 on one side and a 50 on the other side. I just wanted to point that since I didn't think of it when I first bought them so I thought I would save you the trouble. ... show more

(NOT THIS BRAND) This set of band are listed with weight tensions, they are perfect. He is now able to use less bands for the same workout he had on the old ones using all bands. High quality parts and comes with an exercise chart to aid in getting started with your workouts specific to areas you are wanting to work. With enough stretch and use, the metallic holders at the tip of the rubber bands, which hold the rubber bands to the clips, bend and slip out, which makes the band only usable without handles. Not all bands follow the same fate. Also, the handles that come with it are not durable. One crumbled in my hand after using all bands attached to it.
