I was really surprised at the quality. I thought these were going to be more like stretch bands that you use at physical therapy or see at the gym. These are thick and woven material. You don't have to worry about them breaking or over stretching. If you're looking for a good control, these would be great for helping keep your for during squats or other exercises. Of course they're great as is too. You get 3 different resistances for three different levels of difficulty. Honestly, I thought I would be able to do the medium, but I ended up dropping down to the light resistance. These bands are legit. The colors are super cute too. I don't like a big flashy workout gear, and find these very appeasing. They have their own bag, so I don't have to worry about my kids getting into them when I'm done. This came in an small convenient travel bag. Four bands with progressive resistance: light, medium, heavy, and X-Heavy resistance. There is a significant difference between light and x-heavy. I used the light several times and it seems well made. I love the pastel colors. It also came with a 6-Day Glute Activation training plan, showing daily exercises on one side, and exercise descriptions on the flip side. I’m going to try the glutes plan starting tomorrow! These bands are okay. However, what I don’t like about them is the tightness. They don’t give much, and you will definitely get a workout by using them. I'm very excited to use these resistance bands. They seem sturdy and good quality. I tested the medium band and love how it feels and stays put. There's an odd smell to them, which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.
