I use Arena Strength booty bands which are amazing and I highly recommend. However I’m in the middle of moving and don’t have access to them currently so I bought these to use as a replacement until I can use my Arena Strength ones again. They are decent and a good deal. I used to use the rubber bands but they would fold up and be really uncomfortable. I tried these out, considering they are a great price and look better quality, and turns out they are! They stay flat to your body and do not cut into your skin like the rubber ones can. These also have a lot of strength to them and do not ever feel like they are going to snap or break. I had a Slingshot band that was misplaced so I purchased these bands and was pleasantly surprised! They have grippers on the back so the bands don’t slide up and down your legs while working out. They also have excellent resistance!
