These seemed odd at first to me, but they are comfier on the ankles than the regular rubber material bands. It comes with three different resistance bands which is nice and some workout suggestions for them. The only things I don’t really like, is that unless you unhook them every time, you have to slip them over your foot which means removing your shoe. And the way the band attaches to the cuffs, you don’t have much room for adjustment if your ankles are larger/cant move them up your leg at all if you wanted to use them for thigh workouts. But I use them daily and they get the job done for sure! I have noticed the band I use most often has started to fray though, and I haven’t had them that long - maybe a month or so. ... show more

I actually really like these, they are comfortable around my ankles they are durable I’ve used all 3 for about a week and nothing has broken yet. and very adjustable. I got the pink ones and they didn’t disappoint. Very easy workout you can do anywhere.

I was not prepared for the ease of use and the butt whooping I'd get.. I'm almost offened by myself for thinking I could manage 20 pounds. Don't be like me and start off any where other than 10cpounds I'd you're a beginner. They are tiny but oh man are they mighty. They're super durable as well.
