After several years of use, I noticed my crosswave 23069 wasn't picking up the dirty water properly, even through I bought new filters and rollers. I thought maybe the problem lied in the gasket that lines the bottom of the cleaning head (that's on the very bottom). The original dirty water seal appeared in good shape; there were no ragged edges, no cracks, and the rubber seemed supple. I cleaned and dried everything so I could to see if any water appeared around the seal. Sure enough when I removed the dirty water tank, there was water at the base of where the seal sits. This seal is $9. The OEM costs $28. It was a no Brainer. The seal appears to be made of the same type of quality rubber as the original. It fit perfectly, and popped right into place. The bissel is picking up the dirty water now, and is cleaning the floors as it should. ... show more

I had a leak in my machine and was about to throw the whole thing away. After using the machine it would leak water where it’s standing. I checked the old bottle for cracks or damaged o ring and there was nothing obvious. On their website they recommended changing the water tank and I found this one.
