It fits my toothbrush and works well. The only complaint I have is the bottom piece breaks after a few weeks. Maybe that's an indicator that I need to change it but overall am happy with the product.

I decided to try these replacement brushes for my Oral B electric toothbrush. They are a fraction of the cost of the Oral B brushes. I would say that they are gentle on my gums as these bristles are not as stiff as the Oral B brushes but still get my teeth clean. They don't seem to hold up as long as the Oral B brushes so I replace them every month rather than every 3 months with the Oral B. That is to say, that the bottom brush seems to get loose over time. My husband really likes his toothbrush and particularly the double head brush. It seems the maker of the brush has discontinued it and the heads. I got these hoping they would be the same. He changed it to these and he didn’t notice any difference.

I’ve had an incident of one of the heads coming free while brushing and poking the inside of my cheek. So even tho they’re inexpensive they can injure you. But it’s only happened once.
