The only slight issue is that there was a distinct electrical smell which disappeared after about a day. Quick and easy to swap out. Works just the same as OEM, I've had it only 2 months. I would advise to make sure you keep the vents clear so air can flow and keep the unit cool. My OEM was clogged with dust and probably burned out.
