Stopped working and constantly said device was disconnected. It was hard to connect even when it was, it was say it was using data but never actually come on, constantly froze. So far this camera has been great. I have not got a chance to hang up yet. But the setup has been super easy and user friendly! So far I'm very happy with the camera and options etc.

    • Finally Got Customer Service After I Bad Review
The camera works great. The control and images over the Mint Mobile connection work great. I cannot get the camera to recognize the 128gb ReoLink memory card I purchased with the camera, or any memory card, and so it doesn't record, which is the whole reason I purchased it. But by the time I installed it, I was past the return window, and ReoLink doesn't seem to have any live tech support, and the automated self help just runs me around in circles, repeating the same troubleshooting steps with no change in actual function. Because it doesn't record, and didn't record when my property was burglarized, I have no insurance or law enforcement recourse. After leaving this poor review, Reolink contacted me and resolved the situation. The service AFTER the bad review was decent. All over email, but they stepped up and solved the problem. ... show more

    • Preferred older model but good customer service.
I work for a small construction company and we have been very happy with the older models. This new model did not do well outdoors, even though it said outdoor. I bought two and each of them died after it rained. After the first one died, customer service was quick to exchange it. After the second one died, customer service was slow to help but eventually they stand by their product to refund or replace it. ... show more

    • Nice Product but still won't work in remote area!!!
I like the features of this unit. It is an upgrade to the GO PT I purchased in 2021 which no longer functions. But this unit which has an antenna should pull in a better 4G-LTE signal in my remote area of Kentucky Lake area. I still only get 1 Bar signal which won't get the unit to work . I ordered a signal boosting antenna and will try it and see if that helps. Otherwise I plan on returning these products!!! ... show more

Not even a full year of use. Parts have rusted even though it’s “outdoor” will not stay charged with solar panel anymore. Constantly dies as well disconnects for no reason no matter how many sims are used. Also support team not great. Contacted 6 months in and they would do nothing to resolve including replacing even if original was sent back. ... show more
