Stopped working and constantly said device was disconnected. It was hard to connect even when it was, it was say it was using data but never actually come on, constantly froze. Have been using over a year. Sensitivity, cell coverage, and quality of recording all good. Have since bought five more. Way better than the last A cameras I constantly struggled with.

    • Works great for our barn
Our barn is offsite and I needed a non-wifi option. After doing a lot of research I went with this one. I ordered a separate SIM card, there are a TON of options depending on your needs/location/wifi plan. The first camera worked great for a few days then crashed. Customer service was very helpful and knowledgeable. I missed several emails from them which slowed the exchange process down. The new camera has been functioning as intended. Note that it's 4G with NO 5G option, which isn't a problem in my area. I've had some questions and Technical Support has been very helpful.     • Nice Product but still won't work in remote area!!!
I like the features of this unit. It is an upgrade to the GO PT I purchased in 2021 which no longer functions. But this unit which has an antenna should pull in a better 4G-LTE signal in my remote area of Kentucky Lake area. I still only get 1 Bar signal which won't get the unit to work . I ordered a signal boosting antenna and will try it and see if that helps. Otherwise I plan on returning these products!!! ... show more

    • Love my camera!
At first it was a bit challenging for us to figure the camera out. It kept glitching and wouldn’t connect properly. After YouTubing some ways to get familiar with it we finally are able to enjoy it. My recommendation is to purchase the EIOT club SIM card and do the trail camera $96 7GB option. So you don’t have to continually keep adding gbts to your plan. Make sure to set it in an open area where the sun really helps it charge. Set your settings to your preferences. We use ours on our property where there is no internet or wifi availability so the SIM card allows it to connect to its WiFi and that is how we are able to see the contractors that come in and out. It also has the option of time lapse so I’m able to see the Timelapse of the construction, I think that’s pretty neat. ... show more

    • Horrible Customer Service
Bought a cellular PT cam in November of 23, it has never connected right. I reset, restarted and deleted and reinstalled multiple times for it always to not connect or only connect for a minute or 2 before it would lose the live stream. It also would turn the record feature by itself, I repeatedly had to turn the camera recording setting back on for it to not record when I was actually in front of the camera. After all this, I sent a claim to Reolink for a warranty replacement. For the last week and a half I have spoken to, emailed, no less than 4 different people. Each day I was told they would escalate this to the next department for approval. ITS BEEN DIFFERENT 4 DEPARTMENTS!!! The last department is the return department. In ordered to replace a defective camera, I am now being asked to pack it up and send back a broken cam. The entire return or warranty process has been designed to make it hard and difficult and then require you work to help Reolink perform a warranty. Stay away from these guys, they do not stand behind their products! ... show more
