I took a star off because my order was missing the door anchor which is a real bummer and the only way to get one is by returning the entire item which isn't feasible. Overall they look great and worked well for my first use. I guess only time will tell how well they hold up! I do wish replacing the missing item was a bit easier though! ... show more

These bands are a well thought out set. The straps are sturdy and the exercise sheet is clear. I started out with the least resistance, 10 reps 3 times, worked through the chart and was sore the next day.
