    • Timer does not turn tree on
Tree quality seems OK. What you would expect for a decoration like this. Light output is good. Timer seems to turn tree off but not on. So you'll have to turn it on every time you want to use it. Would be nice if it had a USB input so you could power this without batteries.

Not exactly like the picture but they were the perfect addition for what I imagined! I love that both trees are slightly different in how the branches lay. They light up beautifully each need 3 AAA batteries. These did not disappoint at all!

Ordered this item a few weeks back with no issue. Loved it, so ordered another. This time, missing base so item can not be mounted or powered. Reached out to Amazon, they pointed to Ramon, reached out to Ramon they pointed at Amazon. I just want the missing parts sent. Why should I be taking the entire product back to a return center to get a whole replacement or refund. Do the right thing and send the missing parts. ... show more

    • decent value, cheaply made
The center is tape and some of the leaves were sealed against it. I don't like the little metal branch looking parts. From far away it looks ok, but when you get close you can see how the metal pieces kind of look out of place.
