Great camera if you read the instructions. You will need a UHS-3 rated micro SD card. If you U1 or U2 then it won't work with those cards. It requirea U3 due to the video quality and write speed. Comes with 3 batteries, a charger and a bunch of different mounts. I'm not impressed with the tripod adapter mount as the thread felt like they mighy strip out if I tightened it. Of courae that is used with the waterproof case and I can attach the camera directly to a tripod without the waterproof case so I'm not going to deduct a star for that. It's very easy to use although the software to work the camera from your phone I am still figuring out but I got it to work satisfactorally. I didn't buy it for that and the remote that comes with it works just fine. I think it's priced fairly and compared to other similar cameras I find it a good value to the point I would buy it again if I wanted another one.

UPDATE NUMBER 2: THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE BEST I’VE EVER EXPERIENCED! The camera is solid and works great. The key to this camera is getting the correct SD card. IF YOU DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO THE SPECIFIC DIRECTIONS ON WHICH SD CARD TO PURCHASE FOR THIS CAMERA, IT WILL NOT WORK AS EXPECTED!!! I do wish the accessories were better, but after talking to customer service extensively, I realize the accessories have nothing to do with this camera company. I cannot recommend it enough. A simple email will show that Remali cares for their customers like no other. I have no doubt there will be improvements and options for accessories will be better in the near future. I’m so glad I talked with customer service and figured out some important issues. Top notch customer care, great product, and great price! Do not hesitate to buy this camera! Update: so far, 2 mounts have broken while mounted to my bicycle. Pictures are okay and the 1080p 60fps with image stabilization works great. The attachments are weak and break easily The quality of this camera is great. The upgrade to the Capture Cam Pro from the Capture Cam was a good decision. The video quality is great. The camera probably needs some ISO tweaking, but the quality is good. I like the touch screen and after playing with it, it’s pretty easy to figure out. I do not know the longevity of this product, but plan on finding out. My 2 cons... The battery life is horrible. I can barely get 60 minutes of power from it, but it does come with 3 batteries. The quality of the attachments is not that great. The camera fell off my bike while riding because an attachment came apart. I was able to opoxy it back together, but now I don’t trust it. Luckily, I had it in the waterproof case and the camera wasn’t hurt.

I am using to record softball games. Strictly for editing. Streaming and gamechanger is not required. Picture is excellent. 4k60fps will fill a 64 gb card in 55 minutes so you can't record an entire game without swapping cards. The battery last 20 minutes recording in 4k. This is okay for me since an external battery pack can make it last hours. 4k30fps you can record about 2 hours and it still looks pretty darn good. .MOV files is the format and they are in 4gb files. So you will have many to look through. Editing software would be required to join these files into a single file to enjoy a full uninterrupted game. For the price it seems like a decent deal. Great camera Poor battery

This device out performed my expectations with an amazing battery life, great quality in photo/video, and customer service that is out of this world! I had read other reviews about how helpful their customer service was, but I had no idea it would be this amazing. I encountered a slight issue and received a call to walk me through the process. This camera stunned me with battery life. I had expected it to last maybe a half an hour so imagine my surprise when I realized it recorded almost an entire hour long bike ride. Others were saying mic/recorded audio quality was lacking especially with the waterproof cover, but I didn’t experience that at all! Had great sound. No complaints at all! Can’t say enough great things about this camera and company.

I've had nothing but problems with this go pro. I bought it only to use on my elk hunting trips while riding my horse. The remote control has never worked so I have to keep pulling my hat on and off to push and stop recording, which also means taking my gloves off and on. The screen keeps freezing, not even allowing me to simply power off but instead, I have to fully remove the battery to get it to reset. This is not easy to continually redo while riding a horse! When I go to view recordings, the screen freezes again, and again, battery needs to come out. I've tried two of the Remali Go Pros and both, including this "upgraded" version, suck! I would not recommend them at all.

Having being disappointed with a akaso brand camera over the past few years, I was looking for a replacement camera with more features and value. While this camera cost more than other brands except GoPro, I felt this camera has better features such as the ability to zoom in 8X. Having 3 batteries is a great feature of this camera as you don't want to run out of power while recording that scene. My previous camera had freezing issues and eventually stopped charging batteries. This is why I am glad the remali came with a battery charger. While most cameras have a 12mp rating, I like the 20mp rating of this remali. I found this to be the best action camera at a decent price on Amazon.
