UPDATE - I ordered a NEW camera and it came this morning. This time the camera is brand new and works. While charging the battery, it does get super hot. I bought a charging box with extra batteries so I think I'll just charge the battery in the box as the camera gets hot and shuts off. Other than that, this is exactly what I wanted. The refund process was straight forward and very quick. I was so mad when I first got the used camera but was calmed considerably when the Amazon customer service took care of me. The GoPro that I bought just yesterday (1/21/23) and had overnighted because I wanted to use it today, was clearly used. The case, the camera, and even the mini extension pole was full of sand. PLUS, it didn't even work. I could maybe have cleaned out the sand and probably been okay with the camrea IF IT ACTUALLY WORKED. The two batteries provided have dark spots covering a couple of the slots used to secure it inside the camera (clearly used before). Even the screw used to secure the camera to the extension pole had rust on the end. I will say one thing about Amazon though. They are very helpful and prompt with the return process. I'm returning this camera and will buy a new one (fingers crossed). Once I receive the new GoPro, I'll provide an update on this small saga. ... show more

I really like it, it's easy to use the case is strong and it's easily pared to my phone. Only downside is batteries only last about thirty minutes.
