    • My heater quit working after about 5 days

I really wanted to like this but I just couldn’t. It was fun to use after it came up to temperature. I had the heater set to a nice temperature 99-100 degrees. When I set the temperature down to maintain a lower temperature, it would not hold that temperature (80-85 degrees), it got much colder. I then reset the thermostat to a usable temperature and it never would warm back up. I’m sure I had a faulty heating element but when I red the warranty and knew that I would be on my own after 30 days I decided to return it. I am now waiting on traditional above ground spa instead. I just felt that a 120 volt heater would need to run all of the time and that it would not be economical. I was thinking about just using it with my RV in different campgrounds when we camped but it took about 48 hours to get to a usable temperature… ... show more

This is probably my fifth inflatable hot tub over the years. This one is by far the highest quality for so many reasons. It heats up quickly maintains a high temperature and doesn't seem to use nearly the same amount of electricity as the other ones I've had. It comes with a pressure gauge so you know how much air to put in. The temperature maintains even in cold weather outside. It comes with an inflatable pillow to keep the water hot plus the lid that you see in the pictures. It's very sturdy. I am finally happy with an inflatable hot tub! Easy to set up and use. When the bubbles are on the temp drops but when you turn them off it heats back up. So we soak first, then put the bubbles on, then soak some more. By then it's time to get out. This was a great value and we are glad we bought this. Have used it almost every day. Setup was a breeze. Didn't realize the time it takes to heat up tho. It keeps shutting off even tho I have a GCFI outlet. Missing some parts too. Hopefully I'll figure out all of the kinks.

Perfect size, only improvement is if the pump motor was also controlled by thermostat so pump wouldn’t run all the time. At 145gal, water heats up much faster. I start pump/heater early evening and water is at 104 by 10pm:)

My tub was great until the heater stopped working after 3 months. I ordered another one and the heater stopped working in under 30 days. I’m not sure if I will idea again. The shape fits my space perfect. But it’s crazy how they don’t last more than 3 months. I also have to change the filters super often creating a lot of waste. I’ve had hot tubs and this model is super unreliable. Bummer. ... show more
