Stability and sturdiness and good, maybe a little sketchy after 300 lbs. its adjustable, but I would say thats why it isnt as sturdy as it could be. Super easy to assemble, and the value for money is there! I use it for dips and weighted dips, as well as plaques and more.

Received this item about 2 weeks ago, and I’ve been using it daily. Once everything is properly tightened, the bar feels incredibly sturdy with no wobbling. Despite my small workout space, it does not have a large footprint and fits nicely and I can do a variety of exercises on it. I also like the feature that we can adjust its heights. This equipment is great for almost anyone who wants to use their personal body-weight for exercise - beginner to advanced. Love the versatility. Many exercises to try! Putting together was another story, since I'm not intuitive with building. NO USABLE ENGLISH INSTRUCTIONS included. I watched a youtube video from 2019 ("Fitness with Dale L. Roberts") for hints. Got me through the process. - The instruction book included would-be hints such as, "Needn' t to screw all the part out when you regulte the connector. Just turned the screw a feww around and pull up knob can adjust the middle bar' s length." That's a quote. Fortunately, the equipment came with all its screws / washers. Very happy with this. I can stretch and do a little weight training with the TV on, after work. No drama or noise. Beware - not as "stable" as perhaps a commercial model. Be aware of your weight and surroundings. Don't "ask" for trouble by applying all your weight on one end. ... show more

Packaging was very secure. There were no scratches or dents on the dip station. All the parts were packaged properly secured with bubble wrap. The assembly was super easy. I had no problems with sturdiness. My buddy Is A little over 6 feet tall and over 200 pounds and held him with no issues he did have to bend his knees. So he feels that it needs to be able to raise up higher, but that’s his opinion, but it’s great for me. I’m 5‘9“ and I do have to bend my knees as well, but if needed to straighten my legs, I can put it on some cinderblocks to raise it up. It’s perfect in a corner in my bedroom very convenient and easy to store if needed. I recommend this dip station for anyone looking to add equipment to their home gym. ... show more
