The trigger to spray pinches and hurts like heck! And if you use a 2nd hand on the handle to help guide, that piece will pinch your other hand. It's a lose/lose situation. The cloth isn't easy to glide over wood flooring so I either struggle to use one hand or risk pinching both hands using a 2nd hand to help push. ... show more

    • Flimsy handle
I wanted to love this mop but I don't. The handle is flimsy compared to the weight of the cleaning solution container. I do like the size of the cleaning pad and the cleaning solution didn't leave any streaks.

    • HORRIBLE. Broken after 3 months!!!!
Horribly disappointed. Spray nozzle stoped spraying stream of cleaner after 3 months. Have rinsed, reinstalled and changed nozzle on bottle but just dribbles large amount of cleaner on top of mop. No longer effective for cleaning.

So found the Rejuvenate vinyl floor cleaner and saw how their system uses a very wide mop, much bigger than a swiffer. One does need to make sure all the parts are aligned properly. The jet spray at the bottom required a little adjustment. Initially it was spraying all over the top of the mop and not on the floor. After a little adjustment it worked fine. The kit comes with the general cleaner so I purchased the smaller vinyl cleaner. The mop is very easy to use, gets around corners quite easily. It dries quickly which is a plus if you have kids. I used it on all our vinyl floors the last few days. I read a few reviews that after a few cleanings, the vinyl looks shiner. I hope to to be the case as I continue to use this. I will update my review after a few more cleanings ... show more

I like the solution and mop pad, but I gave 4 stars because the mop itself it cheap and flimsy. When you try to mop the joints are loose and wobble. I guess I should maybe expect that from a mop you assemble yourself for this cheap price. Everything else is great, though, and I like how my floors look after mopping. ... show more
