This compression support belt was on me and working within 2 minutes of opening the package! As someone with one of "those" backs, I have the big, bulky, back support belt, in fact two of them, Rx from the orthopedist, very expensive list price, and those are fine -- but you do feel a bit like you're wearing a suit of armor. I mean, those things have pulley systems in 'em! And forget sitting down with one on. This Reian compression wrap immediately provided a great feeling of support all through my core and spine, is so comfortable, and so easy to throw into my gig bag to take along with me. (Excuse the white spots on my "action" photo -- my camera caught dirt on my mirror that was invisible to the naked eye, haha!) There are 3 nice semi-rigid stabilizers in the back of the belt, very helpful for spine and back issues. It's very intuitive, completely adjustable, and easy to use -- which means you'll actually USE it! Looks darn good on, too. At the current price of $26.99, I think an excellent value for a quality item. 😀RECOMMENDED!😀

Reian Abdominal Binder for Men is a solid support product, but not without its flaws. I used it mainly for abdominal compression and occasional back support, particularly when I experienced a lower back strain. It provided decent stability and made movement easier, especially when my lower back was acting up. The material feels sturdy, and the compression is firm without being overly restrictive. However, I did notice that after wearing it for a while, it started to feel a bit uncomfortable due to heat buildup. The breathability isn't the best, which made prolonged use somewhat frustrating. I found the price of $26.99 slightly high, but reasonable given the level of support it provides. Compared to cheaper alternatives, this binder has a more durable construction and offers better compression. I didn’t feel like I was wasting money, as it seems like it will hold up over time. However, for those on a budget, it might seem a bit pricey, especially considering that it lacks any special cooling features to mitigate the heat issue. One unexpected benefit was using it for lower back support. I originally got it for abdominal compression, but I realized that it also helped when I had a mild case of lower back pain. While it doesn’t offer the rigid support of a dedicated back brace, it does provide a slight stabilizing effect that made moving around a bit easier. This is marketed to men but I’m female and got it for myself! I needed a new one because my other one was not providing very good support any more. I wear a support belt quite frequently; while gardening in summer and when I’m doing things like cleaning the basement or the garage. It really helps to keep from harming your back when you’re lifting boxes, for example. This one is real nice for the money. I like it because it’s larger , top to bottom, than my others one. The hook and loop closures hold securely and there is plenty of area for connecting it. It’s kinda scratchy against bare skin so I recommend wearing it over your clothes and not directly against your skin. I’m working in my basement, getting things organized, while waiting for spring. I’ve worn it while working, for the past two days and it’s worked just great.

I sit at the desk all day and play the piano. When I tell you this works, It's not performative excitement, It really does work for me. Short version: Yes, I recommend this abdominal "binder". It is sturdy material, has strong Velcro, and is easy to put on. Note: while it holds in the abdomen, It is may affect the ease in fastening pants/belt, since it increases your girth. I have used similar "belly bands" over the years, with some for back support while wake boarding, and others for general exercise. This belt I got for support when active, and also when sitting at the computer. Those who spend (too much) time at the keyboard, know that abdominal muscles can relax, allowing some "shifting" over time. This belly band provides good support, and is minimally uncomfortable while seated. So yes, I recommend this abdominal "binder" for both workouts and support while seated.

I ordered the M size and it for me well. The length is long enough to fit me comfortably. I could tighten it more if I want. My waist size is 32. This wrap helps me to support my tummy when I need it. I don't wear it a long time as I don't need to. It's easy to put on or take off without checking with a mirror. The materials is can be washed and reuse for a long time. The size is correct, so you don't have to pick a bigger or smaller size.
