This throw is well-made and attractive. It did have a weird smell. I tried Febreze and then lavender linen spray, none of which worked. Many reviews left negative comments about washing instructions saying “dry clean only”. My tag read machine wash/dry so I washed it on delicate and dried it on low. It came out perfect! Now not only does it smell great, but it looks great. My guests will have a study and attractive throw in case they get cold. I may purchase several more!!!!! ... show more

I only gave it 4 stars because of the smell the blanket has. I’ve washed it 3 times. Have it airing out outside. Still can’t get that smell out! I get migraine headaches so I’m very picky on smells!!! Other than that. I love the look of the blanket. Just not sure if I’ll use it due to the smell

Love it! Perfect summer season throw for my couch. I’m 5,9” and it covers me chest to toes. You’ll need to wash it a few times before it stops getting lint on you. Worth it.

I've read the reviews about the smell and thought, how bad could it be? Welp. It's really bad. The worst moldy, damp and stinky warehouse smell I have EVER encountered for anything let alone for fabric. Washed on delicate cycle and it left a lot of fragments in the washing machine. Spent about an hour picking off the lint balls. Beautiful and works perfect with my decor in a guest bedroom, but don't recommend purchasing. I can see why this throw has a high return rate! Such pretty soft colors in the pic but not in real life. The green is a light apple green but the lavender is more of a muddy, drab color. Almost looks like gray. Certainly not a soft, cozy blanket. Very rough & scratchy. Good for just looks on my outdoor entry chair.
