Contrary to the care instructions, I washed it in the washing machine and then line-dried it. It held out fine, and I didn't notice any shrinkage. I dont buy many sleeping bags. My second one but it is tight when zipped up. If you sleep legs everywhere this might not be right for you. For me, I adjusted sleep a little differently is all. Nothing else negative to say about this. Great price and I’m happy
