I found this light therapy mask to be a quick & easy addition to my skin care routine ! The fact that you can wear it while you’re lying down reading, watching TV or even walking around, makes it so theres no excuse to not find the time to use it. Being in my 50’s, I can say I have a need for all of the colors, and I have enjoyed experimenting with all of the different lights. This light therapy mask is not a huge monetary investment or time commitment, especially given the results! I look forward to using the mask a few times a week, I find it relaxing . Although it says it may leave red marks on your face (I have very sensitive skin), I have not found that to be the case. The red & yellow lights seem to reduce redness on my face, which is a huge bonus. I was mostly looking to increase collagen & reduce fine lines and wrinkles for a more rejuvenated complexion. It comes in a nice box with instructions, controller & charger. The mask is adjustable with comfortable velcro straps, so it’s suitable for all head and face types. This mask stopped working in 3 months. Why? The cord had a short in it and the controller became extremely hot. 🥵 not happy and would not recommend it.

I was going to start going to a salon that offered Red Light Therapy for $100 per month which a friend referred me to, and you could go everyday unlimited. I started thinking instead of spending a ton of money and not hardly go, why not just buy a mask on Amazon to see what the hype was about, and boy am I glad I did. It takes only 15 minutes to use and the best time to use it is right before bed, You lay down put the mask on and it has 7 different settings depending on what you want to accomplish, for me its about reducing fine lines. so I use that setting. It is very comfortable to use and after a few uses, my facial skin definitely feels tighter. I am going to continue to use every night before bed for 15 minutes and will update you as time goes on, but for now this gets 5 stars for easy use and noticeably tighter skin. ... show more
