The game worked just fine, so ignore the folks who say it's not playable on an Xbox1 or 360 in America, they must have had bad copys or something. My only gripe is that like many other games bought on Amazon, they always have two or three different languages on the cover case of the title. It's a small complaint to play awesome games and perhaps it'll cause some to broaden their horizons. ... show more

    • Absolutely unplayable, total waste of money
Great graphics and plot, up to the level of RDR2, at least, so far. I got a U.S. version, so after a download, the 360 version plays on my xbox one. However, the game is totally ruined and made unplayable by the worst movement and view system ever. It is impossible to control or maintain speed. Your character or horse will burst into a full run or gallop without warning, then come to a complete stop. Changing direction is a lottery involving spinning like an olympic level ice dancer. The perspctive changes without warning making reversing a nightmare. Aiming a weapon is equally difficult as one needs to use both thumbsticks to move the reticle. Whether you invert the controls or not, this is a real pain. Despite the on screen message, it is NOT possible to steer a wagon and shoot at the same time, unless you only want to shoot straight ahead. Your character will not rotate to shoot to the side or behind. In order to drive a wagon you need an additional right hand, plus and additional thumb on both of them. I was really looking forward to playing this game, but I'm beginning to regret my purchase. In fact, I restarted RDR2, and I'm enjoying it more than the first time I played it. Bottom line: keep your money in your pocket and play RDR2 until #3 comes out in 2026. Avoid like a plague of zombies ... show more

    • Fun to play again after RDR2
Played this game again after playing Red Dead Redemption 2. It’s awesome to learn who everyone is and John’s true motivation for vengeance. Some side missions are a bit underwhelming but overall a great gaming experience. Love being able to fast travel to a waypoint. New game doesn’t offer that.
