I bought this to rock my new grandson. It came 3weeks late shipped by UPS. The Amazon website stated it was coming in three days and everyday after this kept stating out for delivery but the UPS site said processing. This came in one big box. I opened it outside then brought the two peace’s inside to assemble the top is lighter than the bottom. I walked the bottom up my stairs. I plugged it in and snapped the top into the bottom. The heat works great. The massage is only a vibrating not a roller massage. The vibrating is nice for a baby with colic. It rocks perfect with no noise and swivels great. I will say this is a narrow recliner. I would say more like a lady recliner. I am 135lbs 5”2 and my feet do hang over the foot rest. The pillow is nice on the head rest. Not too bulky. The arms are perfect and come already attached unlike some other recliner reviews. I got the dark grey leather and matches my light grey sectional perfect. Only gave 4 stars due to shipping and not really a fan of the vibration massage but I love it ... show more

I got this for my 100 year old grandma who moved in with us. She hates sleeping in a bed because she has back problems and COPD. I got her this because it can be reclined to almost a bed incline. She LOVES it. Her back is totally supported and the firmness is ideal. It’s pretty to look at but we got a cover for it (since she’s using it essentially as a bed so we wanted a sheet). The standard recliner covers sold on here fit perfectly. The massager is the icing on the cake. It’s so quiet compared to the old recliner she used to have. You can’t even hear it! The media could not be loaded. I bought this chair because after a hard day of work I wanted something I can sit in that was soft, that swivels, that rocks, recline, massages and heats up. When I received the chair, the packaging was rough. The box was ripped apart, but the product was intact. It took my husband maybe 10 minutes to set up and after he did, I tried it out to my surprise the chair is very soft. I like the heating setting which is just one setting. The vibration can be a bit better, which there is an “intense” setting. You can select to vibrate certain parts of your body or your whole body. The reclining mechanism isn’t the best. You have to push hard to recline all the way back & have to keep a little force for it to stay. Overall, this is a good recliner and it serves its purpose. ... show more

Comfortable for me. I'm not sure how well the material will hold up. Fox said it came in looked like it had been retaped and a lot of damage to the box meaning it was caved in but not tore open.

The chair was easy to assemble. There is ample lumbar support. The box it was delivered in was damaged and one of the connectors was bent, but easily fixed with a pliers. Massage speed is just right and very good heat in lumbar area.
