This is not a great chair. The arms are to low the seat is very low. The box came and it was ripped the chair has a rip on the side but the return policy was that I had to pay the return charge so decided to keep it as an extra chair for guest.

Updated: the missing part was tucked up into the chair. The directions should be clearer that parts may be hidden in other parts of the chair. Chair itself is fine once assembled but harder than I would have liked. I fell for the other reviews. Proceed with caution. The chair was dissicult to assemble and the directions were badly translated. When it arrived, the chair was missing the right rest, so I currently have most of an unusable chair sitting in the middle of my floor. If I get the replacement part quickly, I will update.
