I am astounded with quality of sound. Hearing sounds I haven't heard in years. I have a history of at least 7 sets of hearing aids and the most expensive was almost 5 grand. Recently my in top ten went out with high frequency. So I did a lot of research on the net. Found another in top ten highly rated and bought the expensive set. Spent several hours on and called for help and the short story I returned the aids After more research found these neosonic and was very impressed with ratings especially looking at hundreds on net. Yes many over a few days. I was desperate and didn't intend to be suckered again by high price aids. Now I am hearing extremely well on the phone with tv with conversations and seldom age people to repeat what they say or say huh often I am very happy to be blessed with sound again. Thanks for Newton if and B10 model my life is going to change even more . Advice read the instructions and follow closely using the tips given. Make very sure your domes fit you. The power of sound works best with the best fitting dome. Also I set my program first for each ear then the sound for each ear. The tip to bend your ear is very important.     • Just an amplifier
These did not want to stay in. Lost one in the first hour. Fortunately it was in our home. They just amplify sound which does let you clarify the words someone is saying. I wanted them for TV but the background music on shows overrode the words. I would not recommend.

So far so good. I just discovered you cannot change the battery. You have to return them to a dealer. I'm going to investigate to see what the cost is to replace the battery. The information says approximately 1 year until you may need replacement.

My aunt has never been able to hear from one ear every since she got into an accident when she was young. I took the chance that I was Travelling back home to take her this and she loved it. The price is unbeatable compared to what she has been quoted back home. The set up of it is also as straightforward as it can be which is great since she’s older and not the most tech savvy. ... show more

These are the best hearing aids I've used. I can actually hear conversations with people I am with. Two downsides, in busy, noisy places I actually have to turn them off because the lowest setting is not low enough (minor), the other thing is one of the tubes broke off the screw down piece that is attached to the amplifier within 3 months (major). ... show more

I lost my $2,500 prescription hearing aid! Just like that! So I ordered the Neosonic hearing aids because of their statement to help severe hearing loss. Opening the box, they were charged and ready to go. I adjusted the settings and put it in my ear. My eyes popped clean out of my head when I could finally hear!!! This aid by far performs better than the prescription model. No fussing with the clinic tech's inadequate computer adjustments that didn't help, either! I'm so grateful! ... show more

Great to have the recharging capacity. Replacing batteries on former hearing aids was a real pain and expensive. These hearing aids appear to work as well as much more expensive alternatives previously used. Took some adjusting for sound levels, but worked that out OK. Getting the right sized ear dome took some working out as well. But overall instructions provided were sufficient. Curvature of the tube at the ear dome sticks out a bit which can get caught on straps of face mask, but also makes it easy to check that the haring aid is still in place. So, after two months no problems other than one tube breaking, but a spare was provided with the original purchase. ... show more
