The sound quality of these hearing amplifiers is about a 9. A three hour charge will last all day. They are white which is great, if one falls out of my ear it's easy to find. They have four environment modes and volume settings. They fit into the ear and are comfortable. There is a bobtail so it's easy to remove. It comes with a charging case and a USB charging cable (no 5v1a adapter). Also included are different size ear pieces and a cleaning brush. I always recommend using OTC hearing devices before spending thousands on a prescription set because these may be all you need, I had a prescription set and now I use OTC types because they are just as good. Also they are eligible for return or replacement within 30 days of receipt so you really have nothing to lose. Note for new users: Start out wearing them for a hour or two a day for the first week and increase a additional hour or two each following week. This will give you brain and ears time to get used to them. Please be patient, it can take up to two months. ... show more

1. These are very compact in the ear hearing amplifiers. 2. The instruction manual is very comprehensive including many warnings and cautions. 3. The included quick start guide is an easy way to learn the basics. 4. A long beep is heard when powering on or off. This information is missing from the instructions. 5. There is only one button on each amplifier. 6. The button is multi functional for Power, Volume, and Hearing Programs. 7. Long and or short presses of the button are necessary to change the different settings. 8. The small charging pod will easily fit in a pocket. 9. Orange and green color LED lights let you know the charging status. 10. Now for the performance: 11. I found that they work but I had constant squealing or feedback even after trying different size ear tips. 12. Unfortunately the squealing is too noticeable to enjoy these amplifiers. ... show more

    • These Are Really Nice Hearing Aids!
These are very high quality, very easy to use, put in your ears, and take out, re-charge hearing aids! They are very small and quite comfortable to wear as well. I am very impressed with them in every possible way, and these are definitely one of my favorite pairs of ear plugs I have ever owned! I do unequivocally highly recommend them! ... show more
