    • Great Waterproof Hearing Aid Travel Case
This Hearing Aid Case does exactly what it promises, it protects your hearing aids. The hard case feels sturdy and well-made, assuring that valuable hearing aids are safe from accidental drops, bumps, and even water. I would not suggest submerging this case in water but it did seem waterproof when I tested it. I do a lot of walking and that means I feel comfortable knowing my hearing aids will remain safe in this waterproof case if I should get stuck out in the rain. I can easily stick my hearing aids in this case and then place it in my bag, I am confident the hearing aids will remain dry but my bag is another story. These cases have many more uses than just storing hearing aids. I needed cases to hold small electronics (jump drives, adapters, Bluetooth dongles, etc.) which are incredibly easy to lose and keep organized. I ordered what appeared to be 5 different hearing aid cases from 3 different sellers, ranging in price from $4.99 to $5.99. Guess what? All the cases were all 100% IDENTICAL except for the bar code on the back! Same packaging, same everything. Obviously, various sellers are selling the same product at various prices. If this product looks useful to you, search Amazon and order the cheapest one that looks the same because they apparently all are exactly the same. The Good: - These cases are a great size for storing small items. The exterior is 2-3/4” x 2-3/4” x 1-1/4”; the interior compartment is 2” x 2” x 5/8” (+ an additional 3/8“ if you remove the foam insert in the lid). - The plastic exterior has a semi-matte finish and feels pretty durable. - If you have multiple boxes with different items, you can easily label each one with a sticker or a Sharpie. - Lightweight: At only 2.3 oz., these cases are incredibly lightweight. - The case closes with a satisfying click and did not pop open through multiple test drops (nothing crazy; just normal drops from table height to floor). - The blue interior liner is soft, flexible, rubber-like material which shouldn’t scratch anything it touches. The liner serves as a gasket when the case is closed, which should keep out most dirt and dust, and even the casual splash (but I would not depend on it being 100% waterproof). - The four rubber feet provide good grip on smooth surfaces, so the box doesn’t slide around easily. The Less Good: - The case opens slightly less than 90 degree (see photo). It will stay open by itself, but it would be much more convenient if it opened wider. - To open the case, you simply press the blue button on the front, but the case does not pop open on its own; you need to hold the bottom section while pulling the case open using the three “ribs” on the front of the lid. For most people, this will not be an issue, but for those with limited hand mobility, it could be a challenge. - The latch and hinges are basic plastic. In normal use, they should hold up fine, but trying to open the box past its maximum point would probably break the rear hinge. Overall, for 5 bucks, these storage boxes are terrific for all sorts of small items you need to organize and/or keep protected. Just remember — if you see multiple prices for what appear to be very similar boxes, they are probably identical, so order the least expensive one. 4 stars. ... show more

This is a really simple hearing aid case, but it’s nice and sturdy with a hard durable shell. I appreciate that the hinge is well built, and that the latching mechanism is easy to open and close. My hearing aids fit in it perfectly, and there’s even left over room for spare batteries. So far, it’s working well for me. I can easily put it in my bag for traveling, and it’s a very convenient storage box. ... show more

I have hearing aids and like to take them out when my husband wants to fly across the lake in the boat but then they bounce all over the cabinet so having this is nice so they stay together and don’t get crushed or damaged and it’s waterproof

I ran water over it. I dunked it in a bowl of water for 30 seconds. It stayed completely dry inside. It really does keep the water out, at least under normal usage. This should protect your hearing aids pretty well.

    • Good enough, but took a LONG time for delivery
I got this little box not for hearing aid storage but for other small electronics storage. It is sturdy enough with a push button latch closure. It's a little slow to open, as if the latching mechanism doesn't quite move far enough when pushing the button. We'll see if that causes a durability issue over time. There's a bit of padding/foam in the lid but none in the base of the box which I found a little odd. Overall, it will likely suit my needs, but if I were using it for it's intended use, I would likely be more concerned about this. Additionally, I realize not everything is Prime, but this took nearly three weeks from order to delivery. If I'd been paying attention, I'd have gotten any of the numerous look-alike products that were Prime and similar cost. Good thing I wasn't in a hurry. ... show more

This thing is BULKY, and that's not a bad thing. When you have hearing aids that cost lots of money, you want protection. My hearing aids fit perfectly in them and I could probably slam this sucker into a wall and my hearing aids would be fine. If you want something non-bulky, this isn't for you.
