These hearing amplifiers have a nice slim case that holds the charge like a battery. I simply pop the amplifiers into the case and they charge in the same way a pair of earbuds mate. The charging cable is a slim USB cable that can be charged from any USB port. I don’t have to charge the case but only once every few weeks. The hearing amplifiers last several hours before they have to go back into the case to be recharged, each of the hearing amplifiers as an indicator light to let me know that it is on, and when it is probably charged. There’s also a indicator with the actual percentage of charge inside the case. As far as accessories, this comes with a little cleaning brush and microfiber cloth, and a number of different chips to get a tight and secure fit for various your sizes. The media could not be loaded. I got this hearing amplifier for my husband who has begun to lose his hearing. I would consider his hearing loss to be mild to moderate. Not enough to be fit for hearing aids, which is extremely expensive, but the loss is enough that he misses out on things being said right in the room. Instead of spending a ton of money, typically the cost can range from $1000 to $4000, on hearing aids right now we thought we would give this a try. Right away, after inserting the hearing aid amplifier my husband could hear everything happening in the room. What is great about this amplifier is it also reduces noise. We have had zero problems with the “howling” or “whistling” that can often come from a hearing aid. The volume is adjustable to ensure you are getting the best hearing experience possible. One thing I was concerned about was if these would be comfortable enough for all day wear. My husband said they are comfortable and can wear them for the entire day without them falling off. The ergonomic design keeps them in place. One full charge which takes 3 hours can last for 4 days straight. I got these for my mother in-laws and it works great. She was able to hear sound more clearer and we don’t have to repeat ourselves as often. Her hearing is probably better than mine with these ear buds on. They’re usb rechargeable and the case have extra capacity. It’s just like a regular earbuds, except it amplifies and enhances sound frequency for the hard of hearing. My MIL likes the style since it looks like she’s listening to music. These hearing aids literally took an style in the functionality and the availability that I love from the ear buds. These easily cancel out any noise from the outside and allow you to hear what you're trying to listen to and focus in on it and so that way you're able to hear them instead of not being able to happen to have them repeat it many times. It's discreet enough that everybody else will think it's earbuds and not hearing aids so it takes away some of the issues with being made fun of or having issues or people knowing you have hearing aids ... show more

I have worn hearing devices for many years due to hearing loss from the early age of 40. I have paid 5000.00 to 7000.00 for my hearing aids & it was getting so expensive! Insurance only covers partial payment… And I seriously did not have money to keep spending thousands of dollars on hearing aids. These are very comfortable and the sound is just as good as my expensive hearing aids. I would suggest to use them to their best to make sure you have the correct size fitting on the end and that they are seated in your ear canal so that there is no opening to allow for feedback. I would highly recommend these. They are very easy to adjust the volume and charge. Easy peasy! Excellent!!! ... show more
