Cindy from Vivtone support, ask me the right questions and I was able to trouble shoot and fix the problem. I purchased my hearing aids in November had one to fail, and they replaced with no problem and I have been very satisfied with their performance. I have had 4 different brands of hearing aids and to date these have been the best. My Brother bought two pair of the Vivtone's and all four seem to stop working, but it was the operator not the hearing aids and with Cindy's help we were able to fix with just a couple of e-mails.
