Foil cutter required multiple squeezes. I had to use a screw driver to get it to release. Took two tries to attach to the cork and release the cork from the bottle. First time I tried it, the screw damaged the cork. Had to cut the cork in half and then try to get the screw to hook to the cork. Finally got the cork out. The company contacted me to make things right. I received their product. For standing along bottle opener this one works very well, it's quicker than the one I liked prior. There is some confusion in regards to the charge, since the light never changed once it was fully charged. I also wish it had a aerator set to come with it.
