These are more than just amplifiers They are 24 channel frequency. This many more frequency built into the device than other high end aids with Bluetooth as well. The bottom line is most of us do not know what to expect .We are told we need aid based on a test. The offered $1000 to $8000 in services. It may be a blind option if you have no experience with aid.
