Ok, it's been two weeks, and this chair is truly amazing considering the price. All that I went through getting this chair now seems to have been worth it. Very simple to operate with the remote control it comes with, and my wife and I both love the air pillow massaging for the calves, arms, hands, shoulders and butt. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good massage, with reasonable cost. The seller and I have reached an acceptable agreement relating to my issues with this shipment, which I have explained below. Overall, this chair is extremely well made, with excellent features for massage chairs. About ten years ago, I had purchased a much more expensive one, from NEOX (almost $5,000.00), and believe this chair is much more effective with the air bags, when it comes to getting a pretty good massage! So far, everything is working fine, but the instructions left out connecting the wires for both sides of the chair. This was not a major issue, as they were located in the same area as the air hoses, and easy to figure out where they should be attached. I would give it a five for overall, so far, except for the following, which relates to shipping, which took three weeks, to ultimately receive my chair. It took five (5) separate shipments to receive, what appeared to be, an acceptable product. The first shipment never left the UPS truck as the driver advised me the carton was severely damaged and opened in several areas. Naturally, I refused this shipment. The second shipment, was the second carton, which I would not accept without the main unit. The third shipment never arrived, as carrier, UPS, returned it on their own; stating "refused by receiver", which was untrue, as they never arrived at my home. The fourth shipment was the second (smaller) carton, which was left at my home announced by the carrier (UPS). This carton was crushed in several areas, but the contents seemed ok. The fifth shipment arrived, and although the carton had signs of "rough Handling", dents in several places and two straps (which appeared during transit) were disoriented; indicating they were used to move the carton around from time to time during shipment. I did accept this, since there appeared to be just minor damage to the edges of the carton, and I was truly hopeful everything would be ok. It had arrived late in the evening, so I waited until morning to open and assemble the chair. After opening the carton, I removed the "User Manual" and read through this to understand the various steps I would need to take to assemble the chair. I removed the main unit, and after I folded the back into its locked position, I noticed two areas of the plastic were cracked. Both cracks seemed as though they would have no impact on the overall operation of the chair, and they were in the back, and would be facing the wall and not noticeable. Obviously, I was not happy! I will contact the seller on this, and hopefully we will reached an agreeable solution to resolve this! ... show more

Pros: - Price - Easy to assemble - Great massage Cons: - PU leather - Limited massage area PROs: - Price: At a price of sub-$1,000, this is a great investment. I originally used a friend's massage chair (which inspired me to get this one) that was at a price point double of this one. Yet, the massage is basically identical. The more expensive chair did have a bit better leather quality, but this could easily be remedied on this one by covering with a blanket. - Easy to assemble: The shipment came in one box and in several pieces. I was a bit worried at first that assembly would be a head-scratcher. After all, it's a whole massage chair, not some IKEA shelf. However, we were able to assemble it in a couple of minutes! - Great massage The chair essentially massages your whole body. There are foot rollers that get the bottom of your feet. Air bags compress your calves, thighs, forearms and shoulders. Rollers massage your lower back and head. Overall, a great massage as it gets all those points simultaneously. There is also a remote attached so you can control the strength of the airbags/rollers and which locations you want to target. We're also a big fan of the 'Zero-Gravity' feature where the chair reclines to hold you horizontally. This helps get a stronger massage since your weight is directly on the lower back and head rollers. It also puts you in a state of pure bliss! CONs: - PU leather The PU leather is fine, but you can tell will not be as durable as stronger materials. PU leather is apt to tear over time, and this may be an issue for some. - Limited massage area There was nothing to massage your upper back. This is not a common pain point for most people (vs. lower back) so it makes sense. This is something specific I was looking forward to, so it was a bit disappointing. Still, at this price point, can't complain! Note: This chair is designed for all sizes. (aka One Size Fits All) This means, if you are on the heavier side, beware of the higher airbag settings as they may provide too much pressure. On the other hand, if you are on the thinner side, they may not provide as much pressure as you would like. It all comes down to preference, but something to keep in mind for all massage chairs in general. ... show more

I've had the chair for almost 2 weeks now. I have used it everyday, sometimes twice a day, each for 30 minutes. The chair is comfortable and it looks really good. Even though it's not real leather, it still looks and feels great. The massage the chair provides does a great job. There are 2 modes, kneading and pushing. And you can control which mode you want or if you want a mix. I love the heat and the vibration too. All around, it's a great chair for the price. Great value. I feel so much better from having the chair. Several aches and pains I've had over the last few years seem to melt away, and I feel better the next day. I believe this chair provides comparable massage to higher priced chairs. I love the different preprogrammed modes too. Relaxing, Strong, Mild, and Sleep. They are all as they suggest. Some days I want Strong and other days I want Relaxing or Mild. I like the various modes being available. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I am a little tall, 6'2", and the head rest with the neck rollers doesn't line up perfectly. Also, I think the higher priced chairs would allow the rollers to be moved up or down your spine based on your height and alignment. The rollers are positioned in the backrest but cannot be shifted higher or lower to lineup with your spine or focus on problem areas. But if you want all of the bells and whistles, then you'll need to buy the higher priced chair. One good thing is that the leg assembly does lengthen to allow for people with longer legs. I'm very happy with this purchase, I'm glad I did, and I feel better. ... show more
