6/24/2023 update , I PASSED YALL !!! Although I do like this book , the national real estate salesperson license exam prep book is so much better . It’s straightforward and to the point without all the filler paragraphs like this book . I found myself grabbing the nation real estate one more to study and I passed . Good luck to everyone 🥰 So I failed my first Louisiana real estate exam by 3 points . After I took a quick glance at this book and some of the questions it’s almost exactly the same as the national exam I took . I also ordered the national real estate exam practice book (it’s green) to help prepare but so far I am happy with what I’m seeing . I’ll definitely update when I take the exam for the second time ! ... show more

I feel like this book, in addition to the Real Estate course I took, helped me pass my test. After I finished my course, I took my state test twice and failed. After that, I purchased this book. I studied it religiously for about a month before I took my test a 3rd time. Then bam! I passed! Lol I highlighted the whole book and took the review tests in the back multiple times.     • Be careful.
While the book had a lot of information I found that it wasn't as useful for me as I had hoped. The information in the book didn't seem to go with what my teacher said or what other practice videos I've watched said. I also couldn't get online to use the practice tests. Not sure I would recommend this book. Seems a waste of money for me in my state. ... show more

This book is helping me along the way in my accelerated class. I was feeling overwhelmed and went to the book to see if I could comprehend scenarios better and I have. If you’re studying to take your final exam I’d say it was worth it to have this book as a guide or source in addition to your course material. ... show more

This book seriously made me pass my national exam. I've taken the exam twice before with no avail, but when I bought this book it changed that. I totally owe passing to the practice exams and general text that was super helpful!

    • you CAN access the online features
book is amazing, can't wait to get started. I was reading previous reviews and I attempted to access the online features (flashcards etc.) and all you have to do is reach out to Wiley to access them. there should be a chat option and they will walk you right through the process. best of luck!

Having gone through the book, Dr. Yoegel is clearly a great teacher, the information is solid and very helpful. However, I found the writing to be drab and unnecessarily confusing at times. I also found the questions at the end of each chapter to be same. (Including some questions that were so poorly written you couldn’t understand what they were asking or they were downright wrong) Overall, good prep book for any real coursework you’ll have incur, but unnecessary. ... show more
