UPDATE: I originally bought these in June 2022, but obviously did not need all three pairs at once. Eventually, when I did need replacement readers a few months ago, it was only after I tried them on that I realized that they were +2.25 and not +3.50. Long past the Amazon return date. But I contacted the company through Amazon. They apologized and sent a new box of 3 pairs of +3.50 glasses. They arrived yesterday and careful inspection shows that all three are +3.50 as advertised. They are a slightly different model, with metal arms instead of polymer, and seem solid and well made. So, good job, guys! I've improved my stars rating. The glasses are about as good as anybody else's. But you should get them from someone else who is either more honest or at least more careful. I ordered a 3-pack of 3.50 mag readers. All three pairs in the box had a little "3.50" sticker on lens. But the first one of them I pulled out just didn't let me read clearly. Was something worse with my eyes? No. I used my older broken pair of readers to take a close look at the new pair. The little sticker said "3.50" but printed on the stem of that pair, clear as anything "+ 2.25". The lens was clearly thinner than in the other two pairs. Useless to me. One third of the purchase useless. Somebody owes me another pair of +3.50 specs, or $6.32. ... show more

All three pairs of glasses were well maded and tooled. The optics were clear and seemed to be consistent between the glasses. The fit was perfect in this instance for me but I kind of knew that before purchase. I recently had cataract surgery so I was able to compare my previous sized glasses to the dimensions provided in the advertised specifications. The packaging was well throughout to protect the glasses, the metal frames and the lenses. As a bonus each pair of glasses came with a felt like case in color to match the frames and one neck strap. The magnification seem correct based on the recommended power from my doctor and I see well enough to type and read this review. ... show more

These readers are clear, sturdy, and practical. They are suitable for a person with a medium or wide face. The glass is a bit thick and heavy, but I don't find that bothersome. They do tend to slip down my nose when I'm using them for tasks. The weight of the lenses may contribute to that. There is a slight blue coating on the lenses which is not noticeable while wearing the glasses. I wonder if this is to diminish narrower wavelengths. For the cost, these are very hard to beat. The lenses offer decent clarity with minimal distortion. They are designed to filter blue light, so they do have a slightly yellowish tint. The frame quality is also very good for the price and seem to be fairly durable. They even come with color-matched padded cases (albeit thin). I only have 2 minor criticisms: (1) the frames are a bit on the narrow side, so unless you have a small head they will squeeze slightly (although this also helps to keep them on your face) and (2) the vinyl for the nose pads outgasses with a strong smell. These glasses are nice and the exact prescription I wanted. I really like the blue light filtering as well. They fit well, and aren't too heavy. My only complaint would be that the lenses are a little smaller than I was hoping for. Overall, great product.

I really like then I'm not allergic to them and they have a slight tint for the white screen at the computer it's kinda nice it dims the white down really good glasses

I've ordered these a few times now. For inexpensive readers, they hold up better than most. Clarity is better than most. A little heavy on the nose, but about the best compromise of weight, durability and clarity I've found on Amazon.
